Clean Air Extravaganza
The 2011 Clean Air Extravaganza will be held at the Waukesha County Technical College in Pewaukee on May 26th. The celebration will feature the annual presentation of the Wisconsin Partners for Clean Air Recognition Awards to honor those businesses and organizations that have undertaken innovative strategies in the previous year to reduce harmful air emissions. A Commuter Champion Award will also be presented to an organization that provides extensive commuter benefits to its employees. Come applaud the accomplishments of Wisconsin Partners for Clean Air members and learn from some of them how they have become more sustainable over the last 15 years of the WPCA program.
Invitees include representatives from the over 300 businesses/organizations in Wisconsin Partners for Clean Air, local and state representatives, and all others that participate in clean air initiatives.
